Dosage
Oftálmica. Adultos: Depositar sobre la conjuntiva una gota; si es necesario repetir en 5 ó 10 minutos. Para exploración oftalmológica una gota; si es necesario, repetir en 5 ó 10 minutos. Uveitis: una gota cada 6 a 8 horas.
General information
Bloquea las respuestas del músculo del esfínter del iris y del músculo del cuerpo ciliar a los impulsos colinérgicos.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
