Dosage
Infusión intravenosa. Adultos: Inmunodeficiencia: 0.2 a 0.4 g/kg de peso corporal/día, en intervalos de 3 semanas. Sepsis: 0.4 a 1 g/kg de peso corporal/ día por uno a cuatro días, o en intervalos de 1 a 2 semanas. Púrpura y Guillain-Barré: 0.4 g/kg de peso corporal/día, por 5 días.

Existen pruebas de riesgo para el feto humano. PUEDE ACEPTARSE EL RIESGO CUANDO LA PRESCRIPCIÓN INTRÍNSECA ES RACIONAL, A LO QUE SE AGREGA EN FORMA COALIGADA, UN PROBLEMA DE SALUD ESPECÍFICO E INDIVIDUAL.
Adverse effects
Reacción anafiláctica, hiperemia, cefalea, náusea, vómito, hipotensión y taquicardia.
