Dosage
Intravenosa. Adultos: 0.25 mg. Dosis única aplicada en bolo en un lapso de 30 segundos, 30 minutos antes del inicio de la quimioterapia.
General information
Agente antiemético y antináusea antagonista selectivo del subtipo 3 del receptor de la serotonina (5HT3).
Pregnancy warnings
Sin riesgo para el feto. Se carece de estudios clínicos adecuados para mujeres embarazadas.
Precautions
Administrar con precaución en pacientes que presenten prolongación de los intervalos de conducción cardiaca, particularmente intervalo QTc.
Adverse effects
Cefalea y estreñimiento, diarrea, mareo, fatiga, dolor abdominal, insomnio.
