Dosage
Intravenosa. Adultos: 1.2 g/m2 de superficie corporal /día, por 5 días consecutivos. Repetir cada 3 semanas o después que el paciente se recupere de la toxicidad hematológica. La terapia debe administrarse siempre con MESNA.

Adverse effects
Disuria, hematuria, cilindruria y cistitis. Mielosupresión, somnolencia, confusión y psicosis depresiva. Náusea y vómito.
