Dosage
Subcutánea. Adultos: 90 mg (1 ml) cada 12 horas. Niños y adolescentes de 6 a 16 años: 2 mg/kg de peso corporal, cada 12 horas. Dosis máxima 180 mg (2 ml) cada 24 horas.

Pregnancy warnings
Sin riesgo para el feto. Se carece de estudios clínicos adecuados para mujeres embarazadas.
Adverse effects
Cefalea, neuropatía periférica, mareos, insomnio, depresión, ansiedad, tos, adelgazamiento, anorexia, sinusitis, candidiasis oral, herpes simple, astenia, prurito, mialgias, sudoración nocturna, estreñimiento.
