Dosage
Intravenosa. Adultos: 45 a 75 mg/m2 de superficie corporal/día, por 3 a 5 días, repetir cada tres a cinco semanas. ó 200 a 250 mg/ m2 de superficie corporal a la semana; ó 125 a 140 mg/m2 de superficie corporal /día, tres días a la semana cada cinco semanas. La dosis y vía de administración debe ajustarse a juicio del especialista. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frascos de vidrio.

Pregnancy warnings
Existen pruebas de riesgo para el feto humano. PUEDE ACEPTARSE EL RIESGO CUANDO LA PRESCRIPCIÓN INTRÍNSECA ES RACIONAL, A LO QUE SE AGREGA EN FORMA COALIGADA, UN PROBLEMA DE SALUD ESPECÍFICO E INDIVIDUAL.
Precautions
No administrar intrapleural e intratecal.
Adverse effects
Mielosupresión, leucopenia y trombocitopenia. Hipotensión durante la venoclisis, náusea y vómito, flebitis, cefalea y fiebre. Alopecia.
