Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 0.5 a 5 mg cada 8 a 12 horas. Oral. Adultos: 5 a 30 mg en 24 horas. Una toma al día o dividir dosis cada 8 a 12 hs. Intramuscular. Adultos: 2 a 5 mg cada 4 a 8 horas. Intramuscular. Adultos: 50 a 100 mg cada 4 semanas.

Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Precautions
En epilepsia y Parkinson. Insuficiencia hepática y renal, embarazo, lactancia, enfermedades cardiovasculares, depresión del sistema nervioso central.
Adverse effects
Sequedad de mucosas, estreñimiento, retención urinaria hipotensión ortostática, síntomas extrapiramidales, discinesia tardía.
