Dosage
Intravenosa en infusión. Adultos: Cáncer colorrectal. 5 mg/kg de peso corporal una vez cada 14 días. .
General information
Anticuerpo monoclonal con actividad anti-angiogénica mediante la inhibición del “Factor de Crecimiento del Endotelio Vascular” (VEGF).
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Precautions
Puede incrementarse el riesgo de desarrollar hemorragia asociada al tumor, perforaciones gastrointestinales, hipertensión arterial, tromboembolismo arterial (incluyendo eventos vasculares cerebrales, crisis isquémicas transitorias e infarto al miocardio). Puede haber afección del proceso de cicatrización de heridas.
Adverse effects
Astenia, diarrea, náusea y dolor, proteinuria.
