Dosage
Oral. Adultos y niños mayores de 3 años: 200 mg/m2 de superficie corporal /día, durante 5 días. Repetir el tratamiento cada 28 días. Pacientes con quimioterapia previa disminuir la dosis a 150 mg/m2 de superficie corporal, cada 24 horas en el primer tratamiento. En el segundo tratamiento, incrementar la dosis de acuerdo a las condiciones clínicas y de laboratorio del paciente.
General information
Derivado imidoazotetrazínico del agente alquilante dacarbazina. Presenta actividad antineoplásica, dependiente de la dosis, al interferir con la replicación del ADN.

Adverse effects
Náusea, vómito, fatiga, constipación, cefalea, anorexia, erupción cutánea con prurito, diarrea, fiebre, astenia, somnolencia.
