Dosage
Subcutánea, Infusión intravenosa. Adultos: 5 µg/kg de peso corporal una vez al día, por 2 semanas. Administrar 24 horas después de la quimioterápia citotóxica, no antes. Transplante: 10 µg/kg de peso corporal/día. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frascos de vidrio.

Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Precautions
Valorar riesgo beneficio en insuficiencia renal, insuficiencia hepática y procesos malignos de tipo mieloide.
Adverse effects
Náusea, vómito, diarrea, anorexia, disnea, tos, mialgias, fatiga, debilidad generalizada, esplenomegalia.
