Dosage

Oral. Adultos: 5 mg/día del segundo al sexto día postquimioterapia. Niños mayores de 4 años: 0.2 mg/ kg de peso corporal/día del segundo al sexto día postquimioterapia. Dosis máxima: 5 mg/día.

General information

Antagonista selectivo de la serotonina a nivel de receptores tres que reduce la incidencia y severidad de la náusea y vómito inducidos por diversos fármacos citotóxicos.
