Dosage
Infusión intravenosa (60 min). Adultos: Dosis inicial de 70 mg el primer día seguida de 50 mg diarios, según la respuesta clínica. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frascos de vidrio.
General information
Inhibe la síntesis de la pared celular del hongo.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Precautions
Disfunción hepática.
Adverse effects
Edema pulmonar, discracia sanguínea, hipercalcemia, hepatoxicidad, fiebre, náucea, vómito, cefalea, diarrea y anemia.
