Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 1000 mg cada 12 horas más 100 mg de Ritonavir tomados al mismo tiempo, en combinación con otros agentes antirretrovirales.

Existen pruebas de riesgo para el feto humano. PUEDE ACEPTARSE EL RIESGO CUANDO LA PRESCRIPCIÓN INTRÍNSECA ES RACIONAL, A LO QUE SE AGREGA EN FORMA COALIGADA, UN PROBLEMA DE SALUD ESPECÍFICO E INDIVIDUAL.
Precautions
Diabetes mellitus, hemofilia, insuficiencia hepática e insuficiencia renal, en menores de 16 años y mayores de 60 años.
Adverse effects
Astenia, prurito, mareo, cefalea, náusea, vomito, flatulencia, dolor abdominal, constipación, fatiga, depresión, ansiedad, ulceración de la mucosa bucal, diarrea, artralgias y neuropatía periférica.
