Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 400 mg/100 mg cada 12 horas, con los alimentos. Dosis máxima de 400 mg/100 mg cada 12 horas. Niños: 300 mg/75 mg/m2 de superficie corporal, cada 12 horas. Oral. Niños de 6 meses a 18 años de edad: 200 mg/50 mg/≥ 0.6 < 0.9 m2 de superficie corporal, cada 12 horas. 300 mg/75 mg/≥ 0.9 a < 1.4 m2 de superficie corporal, cada 12 horas.400 mg/100 mg/≥ 1.4 m2 de superficie corporal, cada 12 horas.

Pregnancy warnings
Sin riesgo para el feto. Se carece de estudios clínicos adecuados para mujeres embarazadas.
Precautions
No administrar conjuntamente con benzodiacepinas, derivados de ergotamina, neurolépticos, medicamentos que actúan sobre la motilidad intestinal, ni con antihistamínicos.
Adverse effects
Diarrea, parestesias peribucales, disgeusia, náusea, cefalea, mialgias, insomnio, rash.
