Dosage
Intravenosa. Adultos: Dosis inicial 2 mg. Dosis de mantenimiento 1 a 2 mg cada 4 horas. Síndrome hepatorenal. Dosis inicial y de mantenimiento de 0.5 a 2 mg cada 4 horas. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frasco de vidrio.

Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Precautions
En hipertensión arterial sistémica, enfermedades cardiacas e insuficiencia renal.
Adverse effects
Cefalea, aumento de la presión arterial.
