General information
Proteína recombinante activadora del plasminógeno que provoca repermeabilización vascular rápida que conlleva a la preservación de la función ventricular.
Pregnancy warnings
Son evidentes las anormalidades en fetos humanos. Deben prevalecer los factores de riesgo, sobre los pretendidos “beneficios” del fármaco a prescribir. Contraindicado en el embarazo.
Adverse effects
Hemorragias superficial ó interna, arritmias cardiacas, embolización de cristales de colesterol, embolización trombótica, náusea, vómito, reacciones anafilactoides, hipotensión arterial, hipertermia y broncoespasmo.
