Dosage
Infusión intravenosa. Adultos: Inicial: 500 µg/kg de peso corporal/ minuto, seguida de una dosis de sostén de 50 a 100 µg/kg de peso corporal/ minuto. Dosis máxima: 300 µg/kg de peso corporal/ minuto. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frascos de vidrio.

Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas.
