Dosage
Intravenosa en infusión lenta. Adultos: 20 a 30 mg/m2 de superficie corporal / semana. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frascos de vidrio. Oral. Adultos: 60 mg/ m2 de área de superficie corporal, administrados una vez a la semana. Después de la tercera administración, aumentar la dosis a 80 mg/m2 de área de superficie corporal, con base en el recuento de neutrófilos.
General information
Citostático del grupo de los alcaloides de vinca rosea. Actúa selectivamente sobre los microtúbulos mitóticos correlacionados con la actividad antitumoral.
Pregnancy warnings

Adverse effects
Náusea, vómito, astenia, alopecia, anemia, granulocitopenia, leucopenia, dolor en el pecho, neuropatía periférica.
