Oral. Adultos: 10 mg cada 24 horas.
General information
El dipivoxilo de adefovir es un pro fármaco oral del adefovir. Es un análogo nucleótido fosfonato aciclico del monofosfato de adenosina, inhibe la Polimerasa del ADN del virus de la hepatitis B (VHB).
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Adverse effects
Astenia, dolor abdominal, nausea, flatulencia, diarrea, dispepsia y cefalea.
