SOLUCIÓN INYECTABLE Cada jeringa prellenada contiene: Subcutánea. Acetato de Glatiramer 20 mg. Esclerosis múltiple remitente Adultos: 20 mg cada 24 recurrente en ausencia de horas. 010.000.4363.00 Envase con 28 jeringas factores de mal pronóstico. prellenadas (20 mg/ml cada una). SOLUCIÓN INYECTABLE Síndrome Clínico Aislado. Cada jeringa prellenada En mujeres con deseo de Subcutánea. contiene: embarazo. Acetato de glatiramer 40 mg Adultos: 40 mg tres veces por semana. Envase con 12 jeringas 010.000.6036.00 prellenadas con 1 ml (40 mg/ml).
General information
El mecanismo por el que el acetato de glatiramer ejerce su efecto en pacientes con Esclerosis Múltiple (EM) no está totalmente dilucidado, aunque las evidencias indican que actúa modificando los procesos inmunes responsables de la patogénesis de la EM.
Pregnancy warnings
Sin riesgo para el feto. Se carece de estudios clínicos adecuados para mujeres embarazadas.
Precautions
se deben tener en cuenta las siguientes consideraciones: reacción inmediata Post-inyección, dolor de pecho, efectos potenciales sobre la respuesta inmune.
Adverse effects
Reacciones en el lugar de la inyección: dolor, eritema, prurito, edema, hipersensibilidad. Dolor de pecho, vasodilatación, disnea, palpitación o taquicardia. Síndrome gripal, fiebre, lumbalgia, cefalea, astenia, disnea, artralgias, rash, diaforesis, ansiedad. Náuseas, vómitos, diarrea. Insomnio, irritabilidad, alteraciones del sueño, síncope, hipertensión arterial. Estomatitis, alteraciones del gusto, moniliasis mucocutánea, aumento en el riesgo de infecciones respiratorias superiores o prolongación de las mismas.
