Antagonista competitivo del receptor colinérgico muscarínico, con alta selectividad sobre la vejiga.
Pregnancy warnings
Son evidentes las anormalidades en fetos humanos. Deben prevalecer los factores de riesgo, sobre los pretendidos “beneficios” del fármaco a prescribir. Contraindicado en el embarazo.
Adverse effects
Resequedad de mucosas, estreñimiento, dolor abdominal, flatulencia, xeroftalmía, cicloplejia, piel seca, somnolencia y retención urinaria.
