Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 400 mg cada 24 horas, durante 7 a 14 días. Intravenosa. Adultos: 400 mg cada 24 horas, durante 7 a 14 días.

Inhibe la DNA girasa bacteriana impidiendo la replicación en bacterias sensibles.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas.
