Dosage
Subcutánea profunda, intravascular (línea arterial del circuito). Adultos: 1.5 mg/kg de peso corporal en una sola inyección o 1.0 mg/kg de peso corporal en dos inyecciones diarias. 20-40 mg antes de iniciar la cirugía y durante 7 a 10 días después.
General information
Heparina de bajo peso molecular constituida por una mezcla de mucopolisacáridos en cadenas homogéneas cortas. Acción antitrombótica con menor riesgo de producir hemorragia.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen pruebas de riesgo para el feto humano. PUEDE ACEPTARSE EL RIESGO CUANDO LA PRESCRIPCIÓN INTRÍNSECA ES RACIONAL, A LO QUE SE AGREGA EN FORMA COALIGADA, UN PROBLEMA DE SALUD ESPECÍFICO E INDIVIDUAL.
Adverse effects
Hemorragia por trombocitopenia. Equimosis en el sitio de la inyección.
