DOSAGE AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Dosage

Infusión intravenosa. Adultos: 30 a 60 mg/m2 de superficie corporal /día, por 3 días, repetir en 3 a 4 semanas. Niños mayores de 2 años: 25 mg/ m2 de superficie corporal/día. Administrar diluido en soluciones intravenosas envasadas en frascos de vidrio.

Precautions

En cardiopatía descompensada, médula ósea deprimida e insuficiencia renal o hepática.

Adverse effects

Náusea, vómito, estomatitis, esofagitis, anorexia, diarrea, depresión de médula ósea, cardiomiopatía irreversible, arritmias, pericarditis, miocarditis, eritema, pigmentación ungueal, alopecia, fiebre, hepatotoxicidad, nefrotoxicidad, hiperuricemia.
