Dosage
Subcutánea. Adulto: 2850 UI AXa/día dos horas antes de la cirugía y después, cada 24 horas por 7 días. Cirugía ortopédica: 100 a 150 UI AXa/kg/día por 10 días. Subcutánea. Adultos: 0.1 ml por cada 10 kg de peso. Subcutánea. Adultos: Profilaxis: 41 UI AXa/kg 12 horas antes de cirugía, 12 horas después de cirugía y diariamente hasta el tercer día poscirugía seguido de 61.5 UI AXa/kg por día desde el cuarto día postcirugía hasta el décimo día como mínimo. Tratamiento: 100 UI AXa/kg cada 12 horas durante 10 días.

Heparina de baja densidad que acelera la formación de un complejo antitrombina III y trombina que inactiva la trombina y evita la conversión de fibrinógeno en fibrina.

Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. Adverse effects
