Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 4 mg cada 24 horas, se puede incrementar la dosis a una tableta cada 12 horas.
General information
Es un agonista del receptor activador de la proliferación peroxisomal gamma que interactúa en el núcleo de la célula, activando la respuesta de la insulina sobre el metabolismo de la glucosa. Reduce la resistencia a la insulina y mejora la captación de glucosa.
