Dosage
Infusión intravenosa. Adultos: Dosis inicial: 0.4 µg/kg/minuto, durante 30 minutos. Dosis de mantenimiento: Al finalizar la dosis inicial continuar con 0.1 µg/kg/minuto.
General information
Antagonista no peptídico de los receptores Gp IIb/IIIa. Impide la unión del fibrinógeno al GP IIB/IIIa bloqueando la unión cruzada y la agregación de las plaquetas.

Existen pruebas de riesgo para el feto humano. PUEDE ACEPTARSE EL RIESGO CUANDO LA PRESCRIPCIÓN INTRÍNSECA ES RACIONAL, A LO QUE SE AGREGA EN FORMA COALIGADA, UN PROBLEMA DE SALUD ESPECÍFICO E INDIVIDUAL.
Adverse effects
Sangrado, trombocitopenia, escalofrío, dolor abdominal, mareo, cefalea y náusea.
