Dosage

Oral. Adultos: Tomar 20 ó 40 mg cada 8 horas. Iniciar con dosis bajas y no exceder de 80 mg al día.

General information

Nitrato que incrementa el aporte y disminuye la demanda cardiaca de oxígeno, al reducir la precarga cardiaca y resistencia periférica.

Pregnancy warnings

Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
