Dosage
Intralesional. Niños, adolescentes y adultos: Fracturas: 1.5 ml semanal, durante 8 semanas. Pseudoartrosis: 1.5 ml semanal, durante 10 semanas.
General information
Colágena-polivinilpirrolidona actúa a nivel de fibroblastos y macrófagos modulando el metabolismo de la colágena.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Precautions
Valorar el uso de colágena-polivinilpirrolidona sobre áreas de infección, en caso de hacerlo aplicar antibioticoterapia vía sistémica.
Adverse effects
Ninguno de interés clínico, excepto ardor durante la aplicación.
