Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 10 mg (media tableta) cada 12 horas.
General information
Agente antiestrógeno no esteroideo con acción antineoplásica, la cual parece estar relacionada con su capacidad de competir con los estrógenos por los sitios de unión en los órganos blanco especialmente glándula mamaria.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. Precautions
Puede presentarse progresión moderada de las metástasis.
Adverse effects
Bochornos, náusea, vómito, leucopenia , trombocitopenia moderada .
