Oftálmica. Adultos y niños: Una a dos gotas cada 4 a 6 horas.
General information
Induce síntesis de macrocortina, que inhibe a la fosfolipasa A2 impidiendo la síntesis de prostaglandinas, leucotrienos y tromboxanos.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.

Adverse effects
Aumento de la presión ocular, adelgazamiento de la córnea, favorece las infecciones por virus u hongos en uso prolongado.
