Dosage
Oral. Adultos: Diaria de lunes a sábado hasta completar 60 dosis Administración en una toma. Una dosis equivale a 20 a 35 mg/kg de peso corporal/día. Dosis máxima: 3 g/día. Niños: 15 a 30 mg/kg de peso corporal/día, equivalente a una dosis. Dosis máxima: 2 g/día.
