DOSAGE AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Dosage

Oral. Adultos: 200 mg/ día. En micosis severas 400 mg/día, no debe excederse de 1 g en 24 horas. Niños mayores de 2 años: 2.5 a 7.5 mg/kg de peso corporal/día.

General information

Inhibe la biosíntesis del ergosterol dañando la pared celular y la permeabilidad de los hongos sensibles.

Pregnancy warnings

Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. Precautions

Alcoholismo, insuficiencia hepática y lactancia.

Diarrea, náusea, vómito, ginecomastia, cefalea, fiebre, impotencia, irregularidades menstruales.
