Dosage
Oral. Adultos: Inicial: 12 mg. Segundo día: 8 mg. Tercer día: 4 mg. Subsecuentes: 2 a 8 mg por día, según resultado del tiempo de protrombina.
General information
Anticoagulante oral que inhibe la síntesis de factores de coagulación dependientes de vitamina K (factor II, VII, IX y X.).
