Dosage
Oral. Adultos: 200 a 400 mg cada 4 a 6 horas. Niños: 25 mg/kg de peso corporal/ día, divididos cada 8 horas por 10 días.

Adverse effects
Sequedad bucal, náusea, estreñimiento, retención urinaria, eritema, visión borrosa, depresión miocárdica, hipotensión y cinconismo.
