Dosage
Oral. Niños mayores de 2 años: 0.4 a 0.6 mg cada 12 horas.
General information
Inhibe la liberación de histamina, leucotrienos y otros mediadores químicos que intervienen en las reacciones de hipersensibilidad, al bloquear el transporte de calcio en la membrana celular de los mastocitos. No tiene efecto sobre el acceso asmático agudo.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas.
