Dosage
Inhalación. Adolescentes y adultos (mayores de 12 años). 80/4.5 µg y 160/4.5 µg de 1-2 inhalaciones, cada 12 a 24 horas. Dosis máxima de mantenimiento diaria 320 µg/18 µg. En caso de empeoramiento del asma, la dosis puede incrementarse temporalmente a un máximo de cuatro inhalaciones cada 12 horas. Niños (mayores de 4 años) 80 µg /4.5 µg. De 1-2 inhalaciones, cada 12 horas. La dosis máxima de mantenimiento diaria es de 160/ 9 µg.

Antiinflamatorio esteroideo y broncodilatador.
Pregnancy warnings
Existen efectos secundarios en fetos de animales de experimentación. No hay hasta el momento estudios adecuados en los seres humanos, por lo que se desconocen los riesgos de su utilización en mujeres embarazadas. LA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA SÓLO ES VALIDA CUANDO EL PROBLEMA DE SALUD INDICA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS, LA NECESIDAD DE SU EMPLEO.
Adverse effects
Temblor, palpitaciones, cefalea, infecciones por cándida, irritación faringea, tos, disfonía, taquicardia, náusea, agitación, alteraciones del sueño, broncoespasmo, exantema, urticaria, prurito, equimosis.
