Dosage
Intravenosa. Adultos: Antiarrítmico: 1 a 1.5 mg/kg de peso corporal/ dosis administrar lentamente. Mantenimiento: de 1 a 4 mg/ minuto.
General information
Bloqueador de los canales de sodio. .Antiarritmico de la clase 1B que reduce la depolarización, la automaticidad de los ventrículos en la fase diastólica.
Pregnancy warnings
Sin riesgo para el feto. Se carece de estudios clínicos adecuados para mujeres embarazadas.
Adverse effects
Hipotensión, agitación, somnolencia, visión borrosa, temblor, convulsiones, náusea, palidez, sudoración y depresión respiratoria.
